1. Service Description

Welcome to plataset.info, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by Plataset. Our services include a range of tools and functionalities designed to enhance user productivity and streamline business operations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

Plataset reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without prior notice. 3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

4. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Using the services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the services.
  • Using any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access the services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the services.
  • Using any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the services or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
  • Introducing any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the services, the server on which the services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the services.

Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to the services without notice.

5. Content Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Plataset or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Plataset.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Plataset a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Plataset to use your User Content as described in these Terms. You agree that you will not submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Plataset reserves the right to remove or edit any User Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes due and payable. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment methods accepted include credit cards and other payment methods as specified on the services. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide to us. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.

We reserve the right to change our fees and payment policies at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the services, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new fees and payment policies.

8. Service Modifications

Plataset reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Plataset will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features that augment or enhance the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Plataset, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
  • Any content obtained from the services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Plataset’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
